Objective: Provide Program Manager services to a financial services client’s Enterprise Transformation team in support of driving effective delivery of critical enterprise initiatives.  These enterprise initiatives drive and support clients growth and have very high visibility among Executives and across the organization.  The individual will focus on providing initiative program management structure(s) for key enterprise initiatives and drive effective delivery of those initiatives.



Key Functions to be Performed:

  • Partner with the Initiative Manager and workstream leads to effectively track & deliver initiative scope.
  • Drive cross-workstream & domain collaboration to enable coordinated delivery.
  • Identify cross-functional dependencies.
  • Manage enterprise initiative issues/risks, ensure standardization and accountability of Initiative level deliverables. Includes standardized documentation, facilitation of any necessary conversations, creating awareness amongst the team and escalating to leadership when required, and ultimately driving to a resolution.
  • Mobilize and provide ongoing support of meeting cadences – specifically Risk/Decision Reviews and Leadership Stand-ups.
  • Define and support required workstream documentation processes such as Priority Reporting, Executive Dashboard, Project Plans, Risk/Impediment Logs, Workstream Overviews, etc.
  • Create materials for key internal executive communications to enable key decision making and risk mitigation
  • Coordinating, facilitating, and/or leading critical meetings/workshops including meeting preparation, material creation, meeting minute distribution, and resulting follow up item.
  • Help facilitate timely decision making in collaboration with key leadership and project stakeholders. 
  • Bringing agile delivery best practices to the initiative including the ability to create and maintain the team’s work plan, identify risks and decisions that may impact the success of the effort, solve cross-department dependencies, etc.
  • Create Monthly Dashboards consisting of an Overview of enterprise initiative progress that includes critical milestones, initiative risks/impediments recap & mitigation plan, and workstream updates/details. Dashboard to be completed monthly, or as required by initiative lead(s).




In order to ensure the effective delivery of the enterprise initiative, the individual will partner with key stakeholders from the Enterprise Transformation team as well as other areas of the organization such as Sales, Product, Marketing, Human Resources, Risk, Corporate Communications, etc. The scope of services will primarily focus on non-technical efforts,but will include partnership with IDS leadership to ensure technical aspects required for initiative success are progressing as planned and to coordinate with the overall delivery of the initiative.
