This position will have a key role as analytics strategist, architecture SME, and solutions consultant within the digital marketing field for a high-profile client in the automotive industry. This person must effectively work with clients and vendors while designing and building solutions to our marketing analytics framework. It is both a strategic and tactical role.




  • Serve the role of analytics architecture and implementation SME
  • Support team managers and analysts through the technical aspects of analytics architecture and its implications on reporting metrics and data collection process
  • Act as solutions expert for analytics implementation, integration, and configuration issues
  • Provide technical consultation to clients and partners
  • Design, contribute, and support architecture solutions that enables and advances data collection processes and expands the analytics technology framework
  • Build custom development code to integrate and deploy analytics solutions
  • Perform troubleshooting of technical issues as it relates to our tagging solution and technology stack
  • Understand various MarTech tools and how they integrate to the existing analytics technology stack
  • Build seamless integration of MarTech tools whenever possible for analytics delivery while strategically minimizing negative impact to site performance
  • Collaborate with team management to shape our clients’ digital marketing strategy, measurement model, and expectations.
  • Partner or collaborate with development team members to implement or resolve analytics requests
  • Participate in scrum ceremonies and adhere to Agile practices for delivery
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and platforms for consideration to existing analytics technology stack
  • User acceptance testing of Adobe (Omniture) tags and validation of web reporting enhancements/changes (data validation, etc.) as needed




  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Computer Science or similar.
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of front-end architecture and development experience.
  • Must have consulting or agency experience.
  • Strong analytics knowledge, preferably on the Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics platforms.
  • Can multi-task and quickly adapt to changing/conflicting priorities.
  • Motivated by learning and evaluating new analytics technologies and staying up-to-date with current trends and tools.
  • Implementation experience with analytics platforms such as a web reporting tool and tag management software.
  • Proficient with JavaScript.
  • General scripting (e.g. Perl, regular expressions, Bash, etc.) experience.
  • Knowledge of DART for Advertisers (DFA) preferred.
  • Critical thinker who can problem solve.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently and is a motivated self-starter.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Experience working under an Agile/Scrum framework
  • Ability to excel at client relationship management as needed.
  • Experience with offline/online data integration preferred.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools preferred.
