    Beyondsoft is looking for a strong Customer Service Representative to join our growing consulting team. The ideal candidate for this role will have the ability to problem solve and provide resolution to complex customer support needs both by phone and online. 

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide quick and accurate customer call resolution
    • Route to the appropriate team or Support Professional within the targeted support application via phone and electronic case transfers
    • Use Clarify, Internet, and other internal resources to collect information
    • Verify eligibility for support, summarize the key elements of the technical problem and determine if the issue falls within defined support boundaries
    • Resolve and close cases and ensure complete case documentation for all support issues
    • Meet defined response and quality goals
    • Properly set and manage customer expectations

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

     

    • 2+ years of experience for this role are required (experience should be working with escalations and issue resolution)
    • Strong communication skills
    • Experience working with multiple deliverables and escalations at once
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Experience with customer facing roles
    • Experience with large enterprise customers (is a plus)
    • Ideal candidates should be located in the Greater Seattle area
