    We are seeking an experienced and passionate DevOps Engineer - Cloud to join our growing team in Bellevue, WA. In this role, you will work on large-scale projects for our Cloud Operations teams.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Design, create, communicate and execute the Enterprise Virtual Infrastructure Strategy for clients.
    • Experience with different cloud service types; IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS, and different platforms such as: Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud and other Cloud integration technologies.
    • Advise and assist clients installing and configuring Windows components such as Remote Desktop Services, Active Directory, and Share, Storage, and Print Management.
    • Script, automate and orchestrate system provisioning and maintenance processes using DevOps tools and technologies. 

    Qualifications

    • Demonstrated experience with scripting, automation and orchestration tools (PowerShell, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Jenkins) 
    • Strong technical knowledge and efficient troubleshooting capabilities in relevant IT infrastructure/architectures.
    • Knowledge of multiple operating systems including; Windows 7 / 10, Linux Ubuntu Server, Linux CentOS Server, Mac OSX, Windows Server 2012 / 2016.
    • Knowledge of server applications, such as Active Directory, Remote Desktop Protocol, SQL Server, IIS, VMware.
    • Knowledge and understanding of concepts and protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, and DHCP.
    • Strong knowledge of network hardware/software including; Cisco, Cradle point, Ubiquiti, patch panels, UPS.
    • Strong Customer Service skillset. Help clients to deliver system availability, manage change, and assure high-quality end-user experience
    • Can work independently in ambiguous environment and on multiple projects.
    • Strong verbal and written communications skills
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or similar field.
