    We are looking to welcome a HR Assistant/Office Coordinator to our team in Plano. This role will support the local staff  and also collaborate with an off-site HR team. If you are a self-starter, tech-savvy, well-organized, and have a customer centric mindset, then we would love to talk to you!

     

    This role is non-exempt Part-time, permanent hire, for 25-30 hours a week Mon-Fri.

    Responsibilities

    Job Duties include:

    • Initiate background checks on all new hires
    • Data entry of personnel info into the applicant tracking system (iCims) and HR system (ADP WFN)
    • Communicate with hiring managers and recruiters to facilitate a smooth Onboarding process
    • Calendar and appointment scheduling
    • Greet guests and route incoming inquiries
    • Handling and routing of incoming and outgoing mail
    • Arrange office morale and meeting events, as needed
    • Maintain weekly office-related procurement report
    • Order and maintain office supplies in our stock room and kitchen
    • Request facility repairs and maintain relationship with building manager
    • Maintain general orderliness of the office
    • Perform computer setup for new employees, by following instruction guide
    • Maintain regularly reporting of IT assets
    • Other administrative tasks as assigned by manager

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word,and Office 365.
    • 3+ years’ office administration experience required
    • 1+ year experience in Human resources
    • Exposure or willingness to learn basic IT support functions, preferred
    • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
    • Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills
    • Ability to work in an independent and self-accountable environment
