    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and document support issues
    • User Support tools to triage support requests
    • Write technical samples to verify bugs
    • Use approprite communcation skills to provide customer feedback
    • Develop tools and processes as needed

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • Experience providing exception customer support while problem solving technical issues.
    • Experience and understanding of Internet Technologies.
    • Proficient with HTML, HTML5, and JavaScript, CSS
    • Excellent communication
    • Good understanding on network communcations, HTTP, TCP/IP
    • 2+ years of software development prefered in the following:
      • Knowledge of C/C++
      • Knowledge of one or more of the following: C#, Java, PHP, Python, Apache, IIS, ASP, ASP.NET, WebGL, jQuery
      • Experience developing in Visual Studio
      • Familiarity with COM
