    Beyondsoft is looking for someone to join our growing service desk team providing support to some of the fasting growing technology start-ups building cloud infrastructure and enterprise solutions. This role will be a key player in providing support to their customers when establishing and troubleshooting issues for each of these organizations. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, organization, time management, and open communication throughout an assigned project with the client or within a team-based office environment. This is a fast-paced, fun environment that requires candidates to be self-motivated and enthusiastic about learning.

     

     

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Support an Enterprise Client and their customers through a ticketing system
    • Report KPI's for key stakeholders using Excel and Power BI
    • Continuously evaluate new solutions to improve reporting and efficiency
    • Share best practices and make recommendations for process improvements
    • Collaborate with team members on best practices and lessons learned

    Qualifications

    Requirements:

    • Experience with Excel and Reporting tools, advanced experience is a plus
    • High level of customer services and ability to build solutions is key
    • Ability to work independently and act with independent judgement
    • Ideal candidates will be able to take an idea, run with it and execute while communicating their progress
    • Qualified candidates should have experience asking questions and not be sensitive to ask for help
    • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel
    • Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
    • Excellent experience working with customers, ideally supporting customers through a ticketing system 
    • Knowledge of Project management process
    • Excellent time management, prioritization and multi-tasking abilities
    • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills is required
    • Consulting/MSFT experience is a plus
