    The Operations Director role is highly collaborative and will need to work confidently across the business group, at all levels. The main goal is to streamline communication and efforts amongst different business lines by helping to develop organizational culture and improving cohesion, supporting leadership and sales silos. This is an individual contributor role with much visibility and influence

     

     

     

     

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities: 

    • Operations management (Buidling processes to facilitate cross-team communication and coordination and team building)
    • Supporting leadership with driving priotity business tasks, reporting to the Sales Vice President and connecting with all Business Groups 
    • Build relationships with all levels of the organizations and fully encompassing the core values of BeyondSoft
    • Operate and influence across all levels of the organization by identifying, exploring and leveraging synergies across internal and external teams
    • Have the ability to work in an anbiguous work environment and have the ability to define objectives and experience building a detailed roadmap to achieve goals
    • Take responsibility on taking a pivitol role on driving business objectives, connecting with each service offering, and driving organizational optimization
    • Assess and report on service lines financial status and performance measurement 
    • Assist leadership with insights from a strategic point of view  

    Qualifications

     

    • 4+ years of people management experience and excellent leadership skills with the confidence to lead, develop and engage team members.
    • 7+ years experience on program/account management, or operation management with IT service or consulting firms is preferred
    • Ability to take an amibigous environment and goals, and break down to defined objectives and build a road map to get there
    • Experience in collaboration amongst multiple lines of business
    • Strong Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint skills
    • Good problem-solving skills, including ability to gather and analyze information
    • Ability to maintain a constructive and composed demeanour in all situations
    • Self-motivated, works independently and possesses strong organization and time management skills.
    • Bachelor's degree in business, communication, sciences, or a related field.
