    The Human Resources Coordinator will join a highly collaborative HR team that will ultimately improve our employees’ experience.     Responsibilities

    Responsibilities

    • Generate, receive and maintain confidential and sensitive information and reports.
    • Complete onboarding and offboarding process by conducting new hire orientations and exit interviews
    • Liaise and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external employees
    • Create and promote the environmental, health & safety policies
    • Assist in implementation of new HRIS systems
    • May design and automate forms or draft HR communications as is appropriate to support HR functions and projects
    • Be main internal point for processing visas and working with external immigration attorneys
    • Assist in providing information related to unemployment claims
    • Work on variety of special projects
    • Perform other duties as required

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years prior HR Experience
    • 4 year degree
    • Proven computer skills and previous experience using an ATS and HRIS.
    • Knowledge of federal and state employment law
    • A love for learning and desire to help people
    • Prior experience or exposure to immigration law, preferred
    • Prior experience with implementation of HR systems, preferred
    • PHR Preferred
    • Chinese Mandarin language abilities preferred
    • Minimal travel
