Position: Tech Writer

Beyondsoft is partnered with a premium client in Redmond WA who is the team behind the cloud. We are responsible for delivering over 200 online services around the world through infrastructure, security and compliance, operations, globalization, and manageability. Our focus is on smart growth, high efficiency, and delivering a trusted experience to customers and partners worldwide. We are looking for a passionate, high energy individual to help protect the critical infrastructure that powers some of the world’s largest online service.
For this position candidate needs to have Exacting Tech Writing skills to follow the very specific and outline steps within the Azure Marketplace. Looking for Tech Writer who has some PM skills as well. Having any experience working with an international Team, that is a HUGE Plus. Looking for them to create some presentations and even videos on how our services work. Must be able to explain very technical and translate the very technical 3D specifications into more general terms. We are looking to release the initial release in September 2018. Person needs to be able to hit the ground running to help us hit the release date. We have a PM that sits in Redmond they will interface with and the Tech Lead and sponsor sit in Sweden. Prior experience with Content Mgmt system such as Wordpress is highly desirable.
Client is looking for a Technical Writer who will directly help our customers, partners, and internal employees better understand how to configure and use our cloud-based services. You will responsible for building and maintaining our text and media content in our externally facing online-based documentation portal. To produce the content, you will work in cooperation with our technical writer lead, software engineers and product managers.
