    Beyondsoft Site Manager  
    Location: Boise, ID
    Job Scope/Level: Program Manager (manage a team of 50+ employees)
     
    Beyondsoft is a managed service provider for Hewlett Packard.  The Onsite Manager leads a team supporting HP projects.
     


    Responsibilities

     

    • Oversee service delivery at customer site(s) on all project delivery matters. This includes adhering to financial budget, ensuring all deadlines are met and meeting quality goals & deliverables set by customers.
    • Hire, train, maintain and motivate staff
    • Help to diagnose problems, improve processes and increase productivity/efficiency
    • Assist customer to manage the project budget (increase or reduce workload)
    • Meet with HP managers regularly to discuss any changes, budget, performance, strategy & solutions
    • Collaborate regularly with HP manager(s) & HP leads to ensure quality services & discuss process improvement initiatives if needed
    • Supervise Beyondsoft staff
    • Pre-Sales Responsibility
    • Maintain quality control procedures
    • Solve operational problems
    • Provide regular training to staff include Beyondsoft company culture, technical and work process training
    • Ensure Beyondsoft staff enters working hours in the Beyondsoft OIP system in a timely manner
    • Promotes strong communication.
    • Fosters a continuous improvement culture and frequently contributes to development of new ideas and methods.
    • Conduct performance review for Beyondsoft employees
    • Review and approve the work load/hours in the Beyondsoft OIP system weekly
    • Work with Beyondsoft management team to ensure the workload (working hours) submitting to HP manager correctly and timely
    • Onboarding & Off boarding
      • Recruiting arrangement
      • On-boarding documentations and on-boarding activities for new hires

    Qualifications

     3-7 years of program management or operations management experience


    ·        Good communication skills
    ·        Strong skill set with tools like Excel
    ·        Great business acumen
    ·        Ability to lead and motivate team members
    ·        Good team player
    ·        IT service background is strongly preferred
