    The Information Technology (IT) Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support US IT localization strategy, including local team structure, IT support solutions and IT processes and operations.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

     

    1. Manage the day to day IT helpdesk, onsite support activities and new office projects, responsible for supporting Beyondsoft group offices, employees, and contractors in North America
    2. Troubleshoot all IT issues of users including but not limited to PC/mobility hardware, software and app, remote access (VPN), account and password, voice and video conference, security, network connectivity
    3. Build-up and maintain IT infrastructure in terms of WAN/LAN network, telephones, audio and video conference, end user computing, printer, etc.
    4. Manage IT assets in the region and ensure accuracy of IT assets management
    5. Identify user's requirements and priority, and the gaps to meet user's requirement; communicate and collaborate with different users to deliver products, systems and services to meet users’ expectation
    6. Lead various special IT-related Projects
    7. Recommend, develop, and administer information technology policies and procedures
    8. Promote IT products and service and help user's find right tools/products to enhance their effectiveness and efficiency
    9. Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

     

    1. BS degree in Computer Science/Engineering or relevant fields;
    2. 3+ years management experience specific to IT Service Management; Proven track record in staff development and talent recruitment;
    3. 8+ years of experience in technology support (or similar technology background)
    4. Strong project management experience; Willingness and ability to lead firm-wide projects;
    5. Strong Windows system administration skills
    6. ITIL Certificates, CCNA, MCSE
    7. Chinese Mandarin language ability, preferred in order to colloborate with China IT team
    8. Working knowledge of the following:

    √.Extensive knowledge of enterprise class desktop software such as Windows 10, Mac OS X,  antivirus, remote management and troubleshooting, asset management and inventory, printing and call centers

    √.Knowledge of ITIL concepts including Service Management and Service Delivery and experience working within the ITIL Framework for Incident, Problem, Change, or Service Request Management

    √.Experience with Windows active directory, LDAP, and group policies

    √.Knowledge of TCP/IP protocol, routing concepts, and troubleshooting
