    Job Description

    Technical skillset required:

    • Understanding of Active Directory (domain, User accounts, groups)
    • Working knowledge of Exchange 2010, 2013
    • 3-5 years of Exchange administration experience
    • Understanding of DNS / Networking / IIS / SQL
    • Understanding cloud services offered



    • Knowledge how users and tenants are provisioned in O365
    • Basic understanding of DirSync /AAD connect


    • Preferred Understanding of SharePoint site collections, lists, libraries, views and web parts


    • Knowledge in Exchange hybrid deployments
    • Experience with eDiscovery search in Exchange Online O365
    • Preferred knowledge of DNS, RFCs 2821 and 2822 as pertains to understanding email ‘construction’ and how mail is routed, interpreting headers 
    • Preferred knowledge of when and how to use Fiddler


    Top 3 must-have hard skills

    • Having some type of compliance background- prefer compliance with exchange open to SharePoint 2+ years
    • Strong background in Windows based operating systems and applications 3+ years
    • Strong trouble shooting and logical thinking 3+ years
