    About the Role
    We have an outstanding opportunity within an exciting, growing, and truly international company. This role will mainly be supporting our AWS and Devops division. We are seeking an experienced Recruiter who will take work as part of a team and own the hiring lifecycle.


    This is a contract/contract-to-hire role



    • Identify, source and engage Technical and non-technical candidates through creative and innovative sourcing approaches
    • Work effectively with Account Managers and Delivery Managers to define position scope and job requirements
    • Perform full life cycle recruiting including sourcing, pre-screening, in person interviews, offer negotiations, reference checks and on-boarding activities.
    • Develop creative recruiting and sourcing strategies.
    • Proactively build a robust talent pipeline for higher volume recruitment areas.
    • Partner with hiring managers to build candidate pools and recruitment strategy to ensure the best sourced talent for the organization.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the full recruiting cycle (i.e. communicate status, answer questions and coordinate all follow-up efforts)
    • Ensure consistent communication regarding recruiting efforts by providing status updates to all stakeholders through meetings, email updates and reports
    • Completion and collection of documents through pre-boarding activities.


    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary degree
    • 2+ years recruiting experience
    • Experience building sourcing plans for a client group
    • Experience with online sourcing techniques
    • Experience supporting recruiting across multiple states
    • Working knowledge of U.S. labor laws

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in recruiting highly technical positions
    • Strong analytics, with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • High-level of initiative and self-motivation
