    About the Role
    We have an outstanding opportunity within an exciting, growing, and truly international company. We are seeking an experienced Sr. Recruiter who will take work as part of a team and own the hiring lifecycle in a Managed Services model.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify, source and engage Technical and non-technical candidates through creative and innovative sourcing approaches
    • Work effectively with Account Managers and Delivery Managers to define position scope and job requirements
    • Review, pre-screen and interview candidates to determine appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the full recruiting cycle (i.e. communicate status, answer questions and coordinate all follow-up efforts)
    • Ensure consistent communication regarding recruiting efforts by providing status updates to all stakeholders through meetings, email updates and reports
    • Monitor the effectiveness of all recruiting efforts, with specific attention paid to continued flow of candidates through the recruiting pipeline.
    • Completion and collection of documents through pre-boarding activities.
    • Completion of regular reporting

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary degree
    • 5+ years full cycle, professional level recruiting experience strongly preferred
    • Ability to work independently in a dynamic enviroment of change, challenge and multiple deadlineds/priorities
    • Experience building sourcing plans for a client group
    • Experience with online sourcing techniques
    • Ability to document past success through recruiting KPIs
    • Working knowledge of U.S. labor laws
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • High-level of initiative and self-motivation
