We are looking for an experienced QA Project/Program Lead for our Customer Experience Lab to join our team in San Diego, CA. The lab evaluates product or asset solution readiness. Our goal is to measure “how well” customers use our products and “how they feel” using them within our lab, in people’s homes, and how they rate the experience within the Social Media (SoMe) landscape.
As our QA Program Lead, you will have direct responsibility of coordinating future and ongoing product/asset experience evaluations and helping communicate the results within the Quality organization and potentially other cross functional teams. The Lead will exercise independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives and provide mentoring and guidance to lower level employees.
