    We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Program Lead to join our team in Boise. Our Technical Support team provides enterprise-level consultations, resolving/triaging developer issues within the scope of the documentation, and formal training with developers. In addition, they assist in customer escalations and work with the R&D team to resolve technical issues. 


    In this role you will be the bridge between our Technical Support team and our client. You will work to understand/define the priority of projects, collaborate between sites, communicate with R&D as well as customers, analyze data, and represent the Technical Support team in meetings.


    • Track the status of multiple projects simultaneously
    • Cooperate with R&D lab to prioritize action lists
    • Cooperate with a global technical support team
    • Communication with the customer to clarify and resolve cases
    • Gather information on cases regarding customer impact, customer feedback about defect, and reproducibility
    • Data analysis and metrics
    • Escalate defect issues to R&D with all required information


    • Minimum 6 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in technical customer support roles
    • 3+ years of project management experience
    • Software background required (please see technical qualifications below), hardware experience is a plus
    • Excellent communication skills are essential (written and oral), as this is a highly visible position interacting with individuals of all levels of the organization
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong presentation skills

    Technical Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of ticketing systems, defect tracking systems, and reporting tools
    • Programming Languages - C, C#, Java, .Net
    • OS's - Unix, Linux, Windows

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Android development experience
    • Enterprise system experience
    • Experience/knowledge of MPS Solutions
