    The Service Desk division of Beyondsoft is looking for outstanding entry-level candidate to collaborate on a client project as we continue to build out our highly successful Service Desk team. Our team will be providing support to a large Enterprise level client in the technology sector: supporting our client stakeholders in the OEM marketing operations sphere. 

    Ideal candidates include English and Journalism graduates with excellent communication and analytical skills and a drive to learn more about the fast-paced world of tech consulting. Strong work ethic, outstanding writing and editing capabilities, and phenomenal problem-solving skills are critical traits for this role.     • Outstanding written and spoken communication skills; experience writing in editorial style (MLA, AP, etc.) a plus
    • Excellent listening, questioning and analytical skills with an emphasis on grammar and editorial abilities
    • Attention to detail is paramount for someone in this role
    • The ability to quickly grasp new subject matter and understand content.
    • Tech savvy and motivated to learn new technologies and systems quickly
    • Experience working effectively with a fast-moving team
    • Responsible and accountable for their work and actions; reliable when called upon and can be self-sufficient in a remote workplace
    • Proficient in MS Office programs, with an emphasis on Outlook and Excel



    • Enterprise/corporate sector experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in English or Journalism
    • Help desk experience
