    Beyondsoft is looking for a Director of Business Development to join our team in Bellevue, WA. The Director of Business Development will be responsible for generating new business leads and closing enterprise accounts based on assigned territory. The Director of Business Development will be responsible for establishing effective communications with appropriate executives and managers, understand their clients needs and deliver effective proposals with new and existing clients.  We desire a leader in this role that is client focused with strong follow through and the ability to deliver exceptional results.

     

     

    Responsibilities

    Primary Responsibilities:

     

    • Work closely with the business to meet our Business sales targets.
    • Develop new and prospective clients from your existing network, circle of influence and business development approach.
    • Hit quarterly / half yearly / annual sales goal / quota
    • Monitor expectations internally and externally and work with delivery team for execution.
    • Build and maintain client relationship to your existing network and business influences.
    • Work with clients to establish sponsorship needs leading to business growth.
    • Become knowledgably of various Client Industries, business needs and organizational structure and document in Sales/Account Plan.
    • Drive RFI/RFP process allowing you to differentiate with competitors and close deals.
    • Create awareness of new request/needs from client/prospects.
    • Document Sales/Account Plans as well as all sales activities weekly.
    • Actively manage marketing investments for focused results to generate leads.
    • Support follow-up on past-due clients as directed by accounting.

     

    Qualifications

     

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 8+ years’ experience building partner relationship in enterprise sales (B2B).
    • 3+ years’ experience successfully selling digital solutions and transformation experience, preferably within: Cloud Solutions/Services, DevOps, Mobility QA, Automation, Analytics, or Managed Consultancy/Services.
    • Proven track record of over-quota and goal achievement.
    • Excellent communication skills including the ability to communicate with C-level executives daily.
