We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Boise to support one of our largest clients in the area - Hewlett Packard. This is a full-time, long term benefited position with competitive compensation. In this role you will be responsible for providing enterprise-level workflow support to 3rd party developers, acting as the bridge between HP and the developer team. The support responsibilities include consultations, resolving/triaging developer issues within the scope of the documentation, and formal training. In addition to 3rd party developer support, the Solution Support Engineer will assist in customer escalations and work with the R&D team to resolve customer technical issues.
