    About the Role
    Due to growth, we have an outstanding opportunity within an exciting, growing, and truly international company. We are seeking an experienced Sr. Technical recruiter who will take work as part of a team and own the hiring lifecycle in a Managed Services model.



    • Identify, source and engage Technical candidates through creative and innovative sourcing approaches
    • Work effectively with Account Managers and Delivery Managers to define position scope and job requirements
    • Review, pre-screen and interview candidates to determine appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the full recruiting cycle (i.e. communicate status, answer questions and coordinate all follow-up efforts)
    • Ensure consistent communication regarding recruiting efforts by providing status updates to all stakeholders through meetings, email updates and reports
    • Monitor the effectiveness of all recruiting efforts, with specific attention paid to continued flow of candidates through the recruiting pipeline.
    • Completion and collection of documents through pre-boarding activities.


    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary degree
    • 3+ years recruiting experience
    • Experience building sourcing plans for a client group
    • Experience with online sourcing techniques
    • Experience supporting recruiting across multiple states
    • Ability to document past success through recruiting KPIs
    • Working knowledge of U.S. labor laws

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in recruiting highly technical positions in a managed services model
    • Strong analytics, with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
