Position Summary

We’re in the business of helping customers succeed and the Marketing Strategist is responsible for supporting several business units within North America Beyondsoft. This is a full-time corporate marketing position and will be reporting to the sr. Marketing Manager. We’re looking for an experienced marketer who is self-motivated, result-oriented, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get the work done. You thrive well in an ambiguous environment, yet have a track record of completing projects on time.  You are someone that connects the dots quickly and needs little supervision to get work done.





Some of the main daily responsibilities will include:

  • Work in partnership with the manager to develop, implement, and monitor marketing, social media, and PR plans
  • Identify, scope, and develop Go-to-Market strategy
  • Collaborate closely with manager and sales teams to prioritize and align marketing projects against department and stakeholder needs
  • Own marketing, PR, and social events Calendars
  • Responsible for key marketing activities including corporate branding, corporate website, corporate sponsorship, social media, sales materials.
  • Ensure all digital and printed marketing collaterals align with branding guidelines
  • Understand and use SEO best practices for company’s website

  • Prepare various marketing reports and interpret results
  • Write compelling copy for a variety of audiences and channels including (but not limited to) blogs, social media, newsletters, event invitations, follow up event emails, presentations, executive announcements, and sales collaterals


Skills and Qualifications

  • A strategic thinker and doer. A strong collaborator with a sense of humor, excellent communications skills, takes the initiative to get to know his/her peers and leadership teams in multiple departments to address business needs effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or comparable education/experience.
  • 7+ years’ experience working in marketing team
  • Good understanding of IT industry and technology. Direct IT and B2B experience highly desirable
  • Highly detailed individual who thrives in a fast–paced team environment. Adaptable to evolving business needs. Experience working for growing organizations or startups desirable.
  • Exceptional project management skills and ability to prioritize projects against business and department needs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to break down complex ideas into simple, easy-to-understand concepts that are tailored to different audiences.
  • Creative – want people who can think out of the box to solve problems and generate opportunities
