    Senior Manager, Technology Partnerships will be responsible for account management of partners in our ever-expanding Technology Partnerships portfolio. This position will understand the business of all parties involved (Beyondsoft as well as our partner) clearly to identify the areas for expansion and mutual benefit. The right person has amazing soft skills, technical knowledge of IT industry, and relevant experience in managing relationships.

     

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

    • Establish high level of transparency between Beyondsoft and our partners to increase business opportunities and streamline go to market strategies
    • Identify and realize common long-term strategy and goals for the relationships
    • Manage, monitor and improve the effectiveness of partnerships
    • Lead executive and senior management exchange; by creating and maintaining frequent / scheduled communication mechanisms
    • Work with Beyondsoft business units to identify partnership needs on core focus areas and driving creation of new partnerships to support those needs
    • Work with our Business Development team, technology experts and our partners to deliver solutions / proposals that exceed expectations of our clients

     

    Qualifications

     

    • 7+ years of professional experience with a proven successful track record in leadership within a global enterprise software company
    • 4+ years in a Partnerships / Alliances role.

     

    Technical Skills Desired:

    • Knowledge on SDLC and Agile (Being part of a delivery project will be an added advantage)
    • Exposure to at least 3 from the following technology / service areas:

    o   Test Automation, Content Management Systems, Big Data / Analytics, Cloud Migrations, DevOps, Mobile App Development.

    • Ability to identify relevant partnership ecosystems in at least 3 of the above technology areas
    • Direct experience with data and / or API-based partnerships and integrations
    • Understanding of engagement models and pricing models

     

    Functional Skills Desired:

    • Experience in working with Pre-Sales / Sales groups to leverage partnerships for client solutions and proposals
    • Expertise in account management - Excellent in collaborating across organizations and driving all partners involved to a common objective / deliverable
    • Should have experience interacting with senior management, customers, partner and vendors.
    • Very good communication skills - Comfortable in public speaking / presenting to both internal and external executive audiences
    • Very good skills in leveraging various features of MS Word and MS Power Point
    • A people person with high energy, enthusiasm, charisma, empathy and initiative
