    Piraeus Consulting is looking for outstanding entry-level candidates to collaborate on a client project as we continue to build out our highly successful Service Desk team. Our team will be providing support to a large Enterprise level client in the technology sector: helping our client stakeholders complete tasks in the legal, international/travel, and taxonomy spheres. 

    Ideal candidates include A.A./A.S. graduates with excellent communication and analytical skills and a drive to learn more about the fast-paced world of tech consulting. Special consideration will be given to candidates with experience working with international and high-level stakeholders. Strong work ethic and phenomenal problem-solving skills are critical traits for this role. If you’re a new graduate looking for a place to start your career, we’d love to see your resume.

    • Outstanding written and spoken communication skills
    • Excellent listening, questioning and analytical skills
    • Tech savvy and motivated to learn new technologies and systems quickly
    • Experience working effectively with a fast-moving team
    • Proficient in MS Office programs, with an emphasis on Outlook and Excel



    • Enterprise/corporate sector experience
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Help desk experience
