Position Summary

The Sr. Business Strategist is responsible for developing in-depth understanding of what drives engagement & growth, and leverage those insights to shape future direction. This is a full-time position and will report to the AVP of Operations. This role serves as a cross-roads of information between various key departments and you will have the ability to use analyze the data to uncover innovative ideas and activities on an evolving basis. In this role, you will also lead or co-lead strategic initiatives and discrete projects.



  • Improve decision-making across various stakeholders, including product management, marketing, business development, etc.
  • Lead efforts in an unstructured environment to identify product, customer, partner, or market insights
  • Partner with Marketing and business teams to analyze competitive landscape and benchmark to understand our position in the market.
  • Coordinate with the management and marketing team to research, identify, analyze the North American business market, industry trend, customer demand and business strategy of existing clients.
  • Help size & analyze growth opportunities (e.g. markets, customer segments, industry verticals, strategic initiatives)
  • Work with management team to develop the business development roadmap and business development strategy in North American.
  • Partner with business team to achieve business goals via brainstorming, testing and developing new revenue ideas, business development strategy and reviewing business pipeline.
  • Work with management team and M&A team to define the right industry, solution and skill to acquire.
  • Build and maintain relationships inside and outside the organization to ensure strong collaboration, raise the profile of the business and its key projects, and capitalize on emerging opportunities
  • Partner with HR, Marketing, and business team/sales team to build and optimize the sales management system. (TBD)
  • Assist M&A integration activities through information flow to HR, Marketing, Legal, Finance and business team
  • Partner with International Business Unit to identify the products/IP in North American market to market to Asian and other Regions. (Prepare for future)



  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in TWO or more of the following areas: Business Development, Product Management, Marketing, Strategic Planning, Pre-sale, M&A or Research
  • Technical background is required
  • Vast experience in using quantitative analysis
  • Previous experience driving strategic initiatives or strategy consulting experience
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Work experience in the global organization is preferred
  • Work experience as leadership in startup company is preferred
